1. Our 30-Day Comfort Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied. If your shoes do not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Returns

To maintain our quality standards, we ask that all items meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Original Condition: Shoes must be unworn and in their original, resalable condition.

  • Packaging: Please ensure the shoes are returned in their original box, including any inserts or protective materials.

  • Testing: We encourage you to try your shoes on indoors, on a clean, carpeted surface, to ensure the fit is right before wearing them outside. Shoes that show visible signs of outdoor wear, dirt, or damage will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return

We strive to make this process as easy as possible:

  1. Contact Our Team: Please email us at * with your Order Number and a brief reason for the return or exchange.

  2. Assessment: Our support team will review your request. In some cases, we may ask for a photo of the product to help us improve our future designs for swollen feet.

  3. Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

4. Refund & Exchange Process

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size, we are happy to facilitate an exchange once the original pair has been received and inspected.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during specific clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are found to be defective upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
